Our newly refurbished office in Kreuzberg is designed to encourage collaboration, with a semi-shared desk that encourages everyone to network and work together across teams.

Our work culture is centred around close collaboration between IT, Sales and Operations as well as our colleagues from Switzerland. In IT, we work on innovative solutions that give us a head start in the field of digital advertising. In Sales, we build and maintain relationships, as they are crucial to our success. In Operations, the threads come together to ensure that our campaigns run smoothly and achieve their goals.

We recognise that work is work for a reason, but we strive to create an environment where we can grow, tackle exciting projects and enjoy the spirit of a supportive team. There is a real sense of community here. Everyone helps each other and we all work towards a common goal.
