Team	Services
IT	Our IT team continuously develops and maintains our platform. They ensure that new features are implemented and that the platform runs reliably and efficiently. They are supported by product management, QA management and server management to ensure the highest quality and stability.
Sales	The sales team supports you in getting the most out of our solutions. It includes business development to ensure holistic support and customised solutions.
Operations	The Operations team ensures that all campaigns run smoothly – whether as a managed service with full support or as a self-service. The Supply department is responsible for partner management and collaboration in the areas of data, ad verification and inventory. In addition, our graphics department provides support in the creation and design of visual content for the campaigns.
Goldbach	The Goldbach team is our newest team and a valuable addition to the Splicky family. Like all other departments, they contribute to the company’s success and support our Swiss colleagues at Goldbach in various areas and functions with their daily work.
Admin	The Admin team consists of the Human Resources and Finance departments. They support the company in all administrative and strategic matters. Our management team, consisting of the CEO and CTO, leads the company and ensures the right direction to always achieve the best possible results.
